These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your enrolment in, and use of, the sales training programs, workshops, and services offered by Nitin Deshpande Sales Academy ("the Academy," "we," "us," or "our"), as well as your use of this website. By registering for a program, attending a workshop, or browsing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before enrolling.
The Academy provides sales training, coaching, and certification programs — including the Sales Foundation Program, Sales Professional Program, and Sales Leadership Program — delivered through in-person workshops, interactive sessions, and practical exercises. These Terms apply to all participants, prospective participants, and visitors to this website.
Enrolment in any Program is confirmed only upon receipt of a completed registration and the applicable fee, or as otherwise communicated by the Academy.
If you wish to cancel your enrolment, please notify the Academy in writing (email is acceptable) as early as possible. Refund eligibility, if any, depends on how far in advance of the scheduled Program the cancellation is made, as communicated at the time of registration.
The Academy may postpone, reschedule, or cancel a Program due to insufficient enrolment, trainer unavailability, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In such cases, we will offer an alternative batch date or, where that is not suitable, a refund of fees paid for that Program.
Fees are not refundable for participants who fail to attend a confirmed Program without prior notice. Any approved refunds are processed using the original mode of payment within a reasonable time, subject to bank or payment processor timelines beyond the Academy's control.
Participants are expected to attend Programs punctually, engage respectfully with trainers and fellow participants, and follow the reasonable instructions of Academy staff during sessions.
A Certificate of Completion is issued to participants who meet the attendance and participation requirements of the relevant Program, as determined by the Academy. Certificates are issued in the name provided at registration; requests to reissue a certificate due to an error in the name or other details must be made promptly, and a reasonable administrative fee may apply where the error was not the Academy's.
A certificate confirms completion of training. It does not constitute a professional licence, degree, or guarantee of employment, promotion, or sales performance.
All course materials, presentations, exercises, frameworks, and content provided during a Program, as well as the content, design, and logos on this Website, are the intellectual property of Nitin Deshpande Sales Academy or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Participants may use materials provided during a Program for their own personal or professional development. Reproducing, distributing, publishing, or using such materials commercially, or to deliver training to others, without the Academy's prior written consent, is not permitted.
The Academy may photograph or record Programs for internal records and for promotional and marketing purposes, including use on this Website and on social media. By attending a Program, you consent to such use unless you notify the Academy in writing, prior to the session, that you do not wish to be photographed or recorded.
With your permission, feedback or testimonials you provide may be used in the Academy's marketing materials. You may request that a testimonial be removed or amended at any time by contacting us.
Programs are designed to build sales knowledge, skills, and confidence; however, the Academy does not guarantee any specific sales results, income, promotion, or employment outcome, as these depend on factors outside the Academy's control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Academy, its trainers, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in a Program or use of this Website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
This Website and its content are provided "as is." While we take reasonable care to keep information accurate and current, we do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nitin Deshpande Sales Academy, its trainers, employees, and representatives from and against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Programs or this Website.
The Academy may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in its Programs, business practices, or applicable law. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued enrolment in, or attendance of, Programs after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable consumer protection law, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your participation in a Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
